Day 1


 

Throw all your troubles in the garbage bin/pan/can.



 

 

Let’s get started.

 

Release the pressures:  “I release and let go of all my pressures and throw them in the garbage pail or bin.”



 

I release and let go of :


                                                Lack                                                                                                     Fear

                                    Worry                                                                                                                                  Losses

                                                     Sadness                                                                                                                           Failures

                                                      Pressures                                                                                                                     Struggles

                                                      Frustration                                                          Weaknesses

                                     Victimization                                                       Peer pressures

                                                      Time pressures                                                 Discouragement

                                                     Disappointments                                                 People pressures

                                     Financial pressures                                             Lack of confidence

                                                     Tension and pressures                                       Your own insecurities      

                                                     Others peoples problems and insecurities

 

. . . and just release, relax and let go.

EXERCISE:  Make your own list of things, people, places, times, events and picture yourself throwing them in the bin all together or one by one.  Write down every little thing that is bothering or annoying you.  When you are done, wrip the paper up and throw it in the garbage can.

It is often the little things building up that make the bubble burst.  So if it seems small, it is already huge.  But the fact is that you are entitled to express it, say it, write it down, throw it away, release it, feel the relief after it's expressed.  Give yourself permission to finally let it come out, express it and get rid of it.

I emphasize, write it down.  Get it out, even if it is as small as hating it when a dish is left on the table, or you don’t like dirty dishes, or one doesn’t like the way he or she talks or that they did or didn’t say this or that.  Just write it down on a piece of paper, crumble it up and throw it in the garbage or burn it and flush it down the toilet.

Just allow yourself to finally express yourself to yourself.  Release and let go of all the things bothering you to feel more relaxed and free.

This opens a space for you.  It gives you breathing room, strength and empowerment.  Take your strength and power back where you left it, you are giving yourself your power back.

Oh, this was  my longest lesson of all the 8 days altogether!
